Ross Alcorn – EXC Owner and Technician
Before founding EXC in 2001, Ross worked as a Systems Administrator and Systems Technician for over 5 years. He has extensive knowledge of Microsoft products, including past or current versions of Windows and MS Office Suite. He also has extensive advanced training with Novell server operating systems. Ross has been serving IT needs of businesses since 2001.
He also has training and knowledge in the following areas:
- Network design and implementation
- Security
- Wireless networking
- VPN and remote connectivity

Daryl got into the IT industry into 2006, and was the Owner of IHIO Computer Technology, a managed IT services provider for the Grant County Area. He has advanced training and experience in a myriad of IT disciplines and can program in 5 different languages. He joined EXC in April of 2020.
